At SGEW, we undertake manufacturing of cage bearings in different materials like Steel, brass, polymer, and other materials. Cage plays a very crucial role during the operations like inertial forces, impact, centrifugal and frictional forces. In order to meet the safety and stress absorbing capacity, the material of the cage is the most important factor. At our facility, we manufacture ring-guided cage, roller-guided cage and split/snap type cage. Recently we have started manufacturing polyamide injection molded cages.
The bearing roll is used for lowering the friction and to match appropriately with specific temperature, speed, load, vibration and contamination conditions.
